Baquetum’s performance at the women’s marathon “Tjejmilen” on August 30, was much appreciated. Baquetum supported “Rosa Bandet,” which is the Swedish Cancer Society’s campaign to inform about breast cancer and raise funds for breast cancer research. Competitors were able to choose from two different paths when particpating in the marathon. Choosing the “Rosa Bandet” path, meant donating money for breast cancer research. Baquetum were encouraging people to donate money by performing at the entrance of the “Rosa Bandet” path. “Baquetum’s performance was great and encouraging,” said Adela Rodrigo from the Swedish Cancer Society.
